We are committed to making your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as possible. Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

Return or exchange requests will only be allowed within 2 days from the date of delivery. Exchange requests can be placed from the “Return or Exchange” option at the footer of the website or directly through this link:https://sfhfactory.in/

We don't allow any refund .But we have exchange of product if any damage , make sure u send the opening videos of it.

In case of exchange,the exchange product selection should be of the same or higher amount . if you select an item with a higher value compared to the item you're exchanging, you will be required to pay the price difference.Will not accept any selection with less of an exchange amount.

Only after receiving our confirmation for the return will we schedule a pickup for the order within 2–4 business days of placing the request, with no additional cost.

Usually, we receive the product in 6–7 days. Upon receipt, within 2–3 days, we will issue the dispatched product if all conditions are met.

If the item requested for exchange is not available, we will offer the best possible alternatives . This process usually takes 12–15 business days. Once an order has been exchanged, it cannot be returned or exchanged again. Orders placed using any coupon code will not be eligible for any exchange . These orders are strictly not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation under any circumstances. Items purchased during the sale are not eligible for any exchange or refund or return .

All items are eligible for return and exchange except the following:

• Orders placed through Store Credit or Gift Card.
• Orders placed during sale or offer
• Customised Products.

For a product to be eligible for return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• Product must be returned in its original packaging.
• Product must not be used or damaged.
• Product must include original tags.

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:

• The item may be damaged during transit.
• There may be a manufacturing defect.
• A wrong item may be delivered.

In such cases, we will replace the item provided the request for replacement or return is made within the stipulated time frame mentioned above.

If the reverse pickup option is not available at your location, you may self-ship the product(s) to us using any reliable courier service within 5 days of raising a request. Please mention the Order Number and Return ID on a piece of paper and place it inside the package.

Any product self-shipped after 5 days of raising a return request will not be considered. A confirmation email will be sent once the shipment is received at our warehouse.
